Uraian Tugas

• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support aligned with business objectives.
• Support manpower planning and manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring coordination.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes, employee development, and talent retention initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Syarat & Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 1–2 years of experience
• in
• HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar Human Resources role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using HRIS is an advantage.
• Candidates currently domiciled in Bali will be prioritized.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
