About the Role

You’ll be the backbone of our People operations — ensuring smooth execution across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement. As HR Generalist, you’ll work across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita, supporting teams that are scaling fast and shaping how our people grow with the company.

This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments, balances empathy with structure, and takes pride in keeping both people and processes running seamlessly.

• What You’ll Do
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, promotion, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives alongside the TA team.
• Maintain and update HR data, ensuring accuracy in attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Assist in performance review cycles, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal documentation standards.
• Partner with leads and HRBP on career pathing, retention, and culture initiatives.

Kualifikasi

• What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years experience in HR operations, generalist, or people-related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator in both English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Bonus Points
• Experience in startups or tech companies.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., KantorKu).
• Exposure to performance management or competency frameworks.
