- Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Human Resources Intern for our client, Indotek.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining and updating HR records and documentation, including job descriptions, employee contracts, and SOPs.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Help manage performance tracking using KPIs and 360-degree feedback.
- Participate in employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, eager to learn and confident in sharing ideas.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across units and levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva.
