Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and organizing job applications to support the recruitment process.
- Draft and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and company updates.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor regulations and company policies.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct pre-employment assessments, including personality, technical, soft skills, and culture fit evaluations.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with pre-employment assessments (personality, technical, soft skills, culture fit) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrates a professional work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is preferred.
