- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll administration, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, social security programs, and labor law requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
- Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience in payroll reconciliations, audits, data validation, and compliance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with HRBP, Reward, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to support payroll operations.
- Exposure to payroll system implementation, automation, or transformation projects is an advantage.
