IFRC & Managed Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain customers' cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS.
• Perform routine health checks and ensure system availability.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests according to SLA.
• Troubleshoot basic server, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Assist in deploying, configuring, and updating cloud resources.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Work with internal teams to ensure stable and reliable cloud operations.

Requirements

• SMK, D3, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of computer networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and cloud computing concepts.
• Willing to work in shifts and provide operational support when required.
