Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions. This role will work closely with business users, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, document, and ensure successful implementation of applications and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements to identify technical solutions.
- Design application workflows, system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Create technical documentation including functional specifications, UML diagrams, and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC process.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Support testing, solution validation, and issue analysis.
- Present and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant.
- Strong understanding of System Analysis, Solution Design, and SDLC.
- Experience with Application Architecture, API & System Integration, and Database Design (SQL).
- Familiar with UML, Use Case Diagram, and Sequence Diagram.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication, presentation, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to AI technologies or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
