Deskripsi pekerjaan Industrial Engineering Staff (IE) PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in the production lines.
- Develop and implement SOP, conduct time studies, and monitor production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and PPIC/Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in
- Industrial Engineering
- (Teknik Industri), fresh graduates
- Have internship experiences will be very considered.
- Good command of
- basic
- English, both written and spoken
- Understanding of
- basic
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and data analysis tools.
- Willing to work in the factory area and work overtime when required.
- Willing to work in Jepara
- Central Java
- (we prefer candidates from Jepara, Demak, Kudus or surrounding areas)
