We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ME Inspector to support the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within property development projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possesses minimum
• Diploma (D3) or
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Has
• minimum 2 years experience in
• in the
• property, real estate, or building construction industry
• Experience and mastering in
• operating AutoCAD/ZWCAD,
• or similar mechanical design tools.
• Understanding of
• mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems

, including plumbing installations, strong-current electrical systems, power distribution, and network infrastructure in building/property projects.

Has strong teamwork and communication skill.
