About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Integrated Planning Specialist
to support end-to-end supply chain planning by aligning demand, supply, production, inventory, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, planning experience, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to manage version cutover plans and improve Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
- Lead and coordinate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.
- Align demand and supply planning to achieve customer service and business targets.
- Optimize production capacity, inventory levels, and supply plans to support operational objectives.
- Identify planning risks related to demand fluctuations, supply constraints, and capacity limitations, and develop mitigation plans.
- Utilize ERP, MRP, and advanced planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) to enhance planning visibility and efficiency.
Monitor planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above from a top university in Indonesia or an overseas university.
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Procurement, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of procurement, manufacturing, order management, and logistics processes.
- Good knowledge of planning data architecture and statistical analysis methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Fluent in
- Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Mandarin (Chinese) proficiency is mandatory.
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
