A. INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF - ESTATE (IAE)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in
- Accounting
- Plantation
- Agriculture
- Forestry
- , or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in internal auditing or senior operational in the palm oil plantation industry.
- Understanding of palm oil plantation operations
- Skilled in risk-based auditing and inventory checks.
- Understanding of
PSAK
, risk management
(ISO 31000)
- , and relevant regulations.
- Have coversational to intermediate English skills and good communication skills to prepare audit reports.
- B. INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF - MILL (IAM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
- or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an internal auditor, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Operational experience in the palm oil industry, particulary palm oil mill (PKS/Mill) are highly preferred.
- Ability to inspect mill operating parameters.
- Understanding of quality control standards.
- Ability to perform mass balance reconciliation between incoming Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) and production output.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS/K3), K3L regulations and mill machinery operating standards.
- Understanding of risk management
(ISO 31000)
Have coversational to intermediate English skills and good communication skills to prepare audit reports.
Supporting
Advanced Ms. Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
Certifications (Preferred)
Professional certifications or relevan audit training are an advantage.
