• General Operational Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and cross-functional projects within your assigned department.
• Assist in data gathering, report preparation, file organization, and administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational targets and process improvements.
• Participate in departmental discussions, document meeting action items, and follow up on execution.

Engineering Track

Support software development, quality assurance (QA) testing, system monitoring, and bug tracking alongside tech leads.

Creative Track

Assist in designing visual assets, promotional graphics, landing page UI elements, and video storyboards for digital campaigns.

Social Media Track

Support content planning, caption copywriting, trend monitoring, and community engagement across social channels (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Corporate Affairs Track

Assist with public relations efforts, external stakeholder communications, CSR initiatives, and monitoring corporate media coverage.

Legal & Compliance Track

Assist with legal documentation tracking, corporate archiving, regulatory compliance research (OJK frameworks), and drafting routine corporate communications.

Finance & Accounting Track

Support daily transaction logging, invoice reconciliation, expense verification, basic financial reporting, and administrative finance workflows.

Human Resources Track

Assist with end-to-end recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, employee onboarding logistics, HR database updates, and employee engagement initiatives.

General Affairs (GA) & Admin Track

• Support office facility operations, vendor coordination, inventory management, asset tracking, and office procurement administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Active undergraduate student (final semester preferred) or recent graduate from a reputable university.
• Available for an internship period of

• industry.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic office tools (Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint or Google Workspace).
