We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about recruitment, people, and talent development to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines
- Support recruitment administration and reporting
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Conduct candidate research and market mapping
- Collaborate with the team on talent-related projects
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus
