Inventory Accountant

Tanggung Jawab

Manage and maintain accurate financial records for warehouse operations, including inventory, stock movements, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

• Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and procurement teams.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to stock, sales, and warehouse operations.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Process and maintain accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for warehouse and inventory costs.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Proven experience in warehouse accounting, including inventory management and cost control.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP, or similar).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Experience in retail, merchandise, sports retail, lifestyle brands, or F&B industries is preferred.
