Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize IP Core Network architecture to ensure high availability and network reliability.
- Manage backbone logical protection and maintain service availability across the transport network.
- Monitor and optimize BTSH, Metro-E, and Data Center Interconnection performance.
- Configure and maintain network monitoring systems, including thresholds and alert management.
- Perform network capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement performance optimization initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in IP Networking, preferably as an IP Core Architect, Network Architect, or Senior IP Engineer. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, and IPv6.
- Experienced in network design (HLD/LLD), capacity planning, migration, and high availability architecture.
- Familiar with Internet Gateway, IP Transit, Internet Exchange (IX), network security, QoS, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE SP, JNCIP/JNCIE-SP, HCIP/HCIE Datacom) and network automation skills (Python, Ansible, REST API) are an advantage.
