Job Description

As an IPQC Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that the chemical production process adheres to established quality standards and specifications. Your primary goal is to identify and prevent quality deviations during the manufacturing stages.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of the production process from raw material preparation to semi-finished products.

Perform chemical and physical analysis/testing on in-process samples (e.g., pH, viscosity, density, purity, etc.) according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure that all production activities comply with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), HSE standards, and chemical safety protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all inspection results and laboratory tests.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering.

1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the chemical manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).

• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory instrumentation.
• Understanding of Chemical Safety (MSDS/LDKB) and K3 (Health & Safety) procedures.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in a shift system if required.
