- Key responsibilities
- Provide bilingual HR support (
- Indonesian and Mandarin
- ) to employees and management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations matters
Assist in the employee onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and rotation management, employee relations handling, payroll, flight booking and arrangement, flight expense settlement and cost reconciliation.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and ensure accurate maintenance of personnel files in compliance with local regulations
- Facilitate communication between international management and local staff, translating HR policies and procedures as needed
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company standards and Indonesian employment law
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programmes to ensure new staff are effectively integrated into the organisation
- Assist with employee performance management, including appraisal coordination and documentation
- What we're looking for
- Fluency in
- Mandarin Chinese
- (both
- spoken

- ) and Indonesian.
- Minimum
- 2 years
- of HR experience in a generalist or consulting HR role, preferably within an international or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management
- Experience in HR administration
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT and etc.
