Manage the full business development cycle for IT and digital solution projects, from prospecting and opportunity identification through negotiation, closing, and project handover.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within government institutions, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and strategic business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering activities to understand business challenges, project objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
Work closely with technical, product, project management, and operational teams to develop suitable IT solutions based on client requirements.
Lead and support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, technical discussions, and proposal clarification sessions.
Prepare business proposals, feasibility assessments, project presentations, quotations, pricing calculations, cost structures, and commercial offers.
Review the commercial feasibility and potential profitability of each project, including estimated revenue, cost, margin, risk, CAPEX, and OPEX considerations.
Develop account strategies, sales plans, partnership strategies, and go-to-market initiatives to support company revenue growth.
Manage government-related tender opportunities, including reviewing RFP or TOR documents, coordinating proposal requirements, and ensuring timely submission.
Follow up leads, proposals, negotiations, and outstanding client decisions to ensure opportunities progress according to the agreed timeline.
Prepare periodic business development reports, sales forecasts, competitor analyses, and market updates for Management.
Ensure proper handover of signed projects to the Project Management or Delivery Team, including project scope, client expectations, commercial terms, timelines, and key commitments.
Monitor client satisfaction during project implementation and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, project expansion, and long-term collaboration.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, project acquisition, and business development targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Good understanding of the end-to-end business development and sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, solution discussion, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and project handover.
Familiar with government tender documents, RFP, TOR, proposal submissions, bidding processes, and administrative requirements is an advantage.
