- We are looking for an experienced
- IT Infrastructure Engineer
to manage, maintain, and optimize our hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure (On-Premises & Cloud)
- Administer enterprise networking, servers, virtualization and SAN storage
- Deploy and support Kubernetes and Docker environments
- Manage Windows Server, Linux and VMware/Hyper-V platforms
- Monitor infrastructure performance, backup, disaster recovery and security
- Perform troubleshooting, patch management and infrastructure automation
- Maintain technical documentation and provide operational support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Routing & Switching)
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V and Enterprise SAN Storage
- Familiar with backup solutions, Active Directory and infrastructure security
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Terraform or Ansible
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CKA, RHCSA, AZ-104, VMware VCP) are preferred
- Willing to be based in Bintaro, South Jakarta (Work From Office)
