• IT Lead & Systems Administrator
• to support the Company Director and ensure that technology effectively supports our sales, marketing, and daily operations.

This is a role for a highly capable IT professional who understands that technology is the backbone of sales and operations. You will ensure that our specialized systems and physical IT setup operate flawlessly. This position requires someone who thrives on structure, demands zero-defect execution in their code and systems, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented energy to the team.

Key Responsibilities

· Systems Integration

Deploy, integrate, and maintain our software and specialized management systems for all stakeholders.

· Marketing Infrastructure & CRM

Build a digital funnel. Integrate our lead-generation landing pages directly into our CRM.

· Physical Office Setup

Lead the end-to-end technical setup of our office including network architecture, hardware procurement, Wi-Fi, hardware, printers and security systems, and ensuring the facility is operationally ready for all stakeholders.

· Data Security & Compliance

Establish data security protocols ensuring full compliance with local and international digital privacy standards. Implement access controls, backups, data protection.

· Uptime & Troubleshooting

• Act as the immediate point of contact for any system outages, keep the business running smoothly 24/7.

Have a proven track record in network administration, CRM integration and software deployment.

• Test systems relentlessly before deploying them.

Embrace highly disciplined workflows and meticulously documented standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Bilingual Communicator

Possess full fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).

· Coachable and Collaborative

• Work closely with leadership, participate in training sessions and continuously refine systems efficiency and user-friendliness.
• Flexible & Responsive: Able to support critical IT issues outside normal working hours when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in IT administration, systems administration, network infrastructure, CRM, or systems integration.
• Experience with CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with cloud-based applications
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and access management.
• Experience supporting a growing or multi-functional business environment is an advantage.
• Experience in education, consulting, or international business is a plus.
