tions in Jakarta. We are seeking a highly capable and moldable High School English Teacher to join our pioneering academic team and deliver our premier curriculum.
This is a role for an educator who understands that high academic standards are achieved through discipline, structure, and engaging delivery. You will ensure that our proprietary teaching systems are executed flawlessly. This position requires someone who thrives on structure, demands rigorous classroom management, and brings a highly charismatic, humorous and engaging energy to their lessons.
Key Responsibilities
Execute our proprietary English curriculum exactly as designed. Adhere strictly to our lesson structures, pacing, and grading rubrics without unauthorized deviation.
Maintain absolute authority and discipline in the classroom. Enforce a culture of high expectations and zero tolerance for academic laziness.
Translate rigorous academic material into highly engaging lessons to keep students actively participating.
Participate in training, lesson observations and feedback sessions with leadership. Take direct feedback and adapt your teaching style reflectively.
Willing to unlearn old habits and strictly adhere to our established teaching methodologies.
Possess a strong backbone. You earn student respect through structure and high academic expectations.
Able to read the room, break tension, simplify and emphasize complex learning points.
Possess full fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
Embrace highly disciplined workflows while maintaining a positive, vibrant attitude that elevates the classroom.
Willing and able to operate within an after-school and weekend tuition framework, requiring afternoon, evening, and weekend availability.
