- Elison Hotel is offering opportunities for those with a passion for Information Technology to join our Pre-Opening team as an IT Officer.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an IT Support, IT Officer, or IT Technician.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Understanding of hotel operations and support systems is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of LAN/WAN network configuration.
- Mastery of basic Wi-Fi and Access Point configuration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLAN.
- Ability to configure routers (MikroTik is a plus).
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware such as PCs, laptops, and printers.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Service-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Thorough, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to work shifts if needed.
