Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, storage, and other IT infrastructure to ensure system availability and performance.
Monitor application processes and provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues, bugs, errors, and operational incidents.
Handle IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner, including escalation to the relevant technical teams when necessary.
Perform routine system checks, maintenance, documentation, and shift handovers to ensure smooth 24/7 IT operations.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
Good understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
Experience in first-level troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, ticket logging, tracking, resolution, and escalation using IT service management or ticketing tools.
Basic knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT Service Desk processes is preferred.
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and comfortable working on-site in a data center or operational environment.
Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a disciplined approach to incident handling, shift handovers, security, and operational procedures.
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
