IT Parameter Operations Officer - Placement at Finance Industry
Job Description
- Monitor and track operational performance metrics across business processes
- Handle and respond to internal and external inquiries related to operational issues (helpdesk support)
- Analyze operational data to identify issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and standard procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in a related field
- Prior experience in helpdesk or operational support roles is preferred
- Experience in multifinance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
