- Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support business applications
- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL
- Participate in system architecture discussions, database design, and application migration projects
- Maintain and enhance financial systems, including payment processing, transaction management, and lending or credit-related applications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA Engineers, and cross-functional development teams
- Implement unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain code quality and application performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure applications follow established development standards
- About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, particularly backend development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL, including SQL and stored procedures
- Experience with Git, unit testing, and software development lifecycle practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and application deployment workflows
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Experience in banking, finance, lending, or payment systems is highly preferred
Experience with enterprise system migration and integration, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, or blockchain, Solidity, smart contracts, or Web3 technologies
