IT Programmer Officer

Job Description

PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is looking for an IT Programmer Officer to develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support the company's business operations.

• You will work with the IT development team to build reliable and scalable applications across web, mobile, and cloud environments.
• What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• Build and integrate applications with APIs and other internal or external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform testing and support application deployment.
• Work with databases and application servers.
• Collaborate with other developers, infrastructure teams, and business users.
• Participate in application improvement and technology modernization initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, and design patterns.

Knowledge of one or more programming languages and technologies such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, Android/iOS development, Python, or serverless architecture.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
