IT Project Manager

PT Mitra Solusi Teknologi Terdepan is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from planning through implementation. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring successful system deployment, and delivering projects that meet business objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and implementation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage Change Requests from initiation through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Monitor system implementation and collaborate with technical teams to resolve project issues and application defects.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and compliance with project management standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development technologies such as

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, and server environments.
• Experience managing Change Requests, software implementation, and system deployment projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.
