Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, from planning through project closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, technology principals, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and escalations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution among project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network & Security, System Integration, or Application Implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
- International education background and/or overseas working experience will be highly valued.
