- Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, and leadership, with experience managing sales teams or initiatives.
- Target-oriented with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Well-established professional network and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience handling clients or projects in industries such as mining, agroforestry, and manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions.
- Excellent coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
