Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a data-related IT role (fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios in AI/Data are welcome to apply).

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors).
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipeline concepts.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, Routing, and Firewalls).
• Hands-on expertise in MikroTik configuration and management.

Basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or data processing libraries (e.g., Python, Pandas, or AI API integrations).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, adaptability to fast-evolving technologies, and excellent collaborative skills to work across IT and data analytics teams.
