About the Role
You will lead enterprise architecture initiatives across retail, omnichannel, and corporate systems. This role focuses on designing scalable application architecture, driving cloud and AI adoption, strengthening system integration, and enabling digital transformation that supports business growth and innovation.
- Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise IT strategy and application architecture roadmap to support business growth and digital transformation.
Design scalable, secure, and future-ready enterprise architecture across retail, omnichannel, ERP, POS, CRM, e-Commerce, merchandising, and corporate applications.
Lead application modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, API/microservices architecture, AI enablement, automation, and emerging technologies.
Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive innovation and business value.
- Lead architecture teams and strategic technology initiatives while managing key technology partners and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum
- 10 years
- of IT experience with at least
- 5 years
- leading Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy.
- Strong experience designing enterprise application architecture for retail, omnichannel, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in enterprise applications, system integration, cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience driving
- AI adoption, intelligent automation, and modern digital technologies
- within enterprise environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
