Education and Experience

Degree

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, desktop assistance, or system administration.
• Technical Skills

Hardware & Software

Installing, configuring, and fixing PCs, printers, cctv, access point and mobile devices.

Operating Systems

Deep knowledge of Windows, and Linux environments.

Networking

Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, Manageble switch, Fiber Optic, Wireless Connection and firewalls.

Administration Tools

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.

Security

• Basics of data backup, antivirus tools, and user access control.
• Certifications
• Mikrotik MTCNA
• Windows Server
