  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
  • 2 years' experience
  • in an IT support or technical support role (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and macOS environments.
  • Basic understanding of network devices, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and printers.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Responsible, proactive, well-organised, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to provide technical support during school events when required.
