Deskripsi
- Deliver Japanese language training programs in accordance with the LPK curriculum.
- Teach Japanese language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and pronunciation.
- Prepare lesson plans, training, materials, and assessments.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate student learning progress.
- Guide students in understanding Japanese culture and workplace etiquette.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to prepare students for employment opportunities in Japan.
- Maintain student records and learning databases.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials and teaching methods.
- Prepare training reports and student preformance evaluations.
- JLPT Certification (N1, N2, N3) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Japanese communication skils, including speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Excellent understanding of Japanese grammar, pronunciation and language instruction methods.
- Previous experience teaching Japanese language is preferred.
- Experience living, studying or working in Japan is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culture and workplace etiquette
- Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
