About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled
- Java Developer
- to join our team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Java development,
- Spring Boot, Redis, and Apache Kafka,
- with a focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications to support banking systems and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of strong programming experience in Java springboot.
- Hands-on experience with
- Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience implementing
- Redis
- for caching or data management.
- Hands-on experience with
- Apache Kafka
- , including producers, consumers, topics, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, transaction processing, and system performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to support banking applications.
- Implement Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain event-driven applications using Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and real-time data processing.
- Integrate backend services with databases and other banking systems.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other developers.
- Follow coding standards, software development best practices, and banking security requirements.
