Deskripsi

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to underwriting, claims, sales, and customer service.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support business teams with data extraction and report automation.
  • Perform SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Risk, and IT.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to support business decisions.
  • Good understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and basic data validation.
