About the Role

This role is designed for individuals who are interested in customer service, order management, and manufacturing operations. As a Junior Merchandiser - Retail Service, you will be responsible for handling and monitoring customer orders from order receipt through completion while ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

You will work closely with Production, PPIC, QC, and other related teams to monitor order progress, follow up on timelines, handle customer requests or revisions, and ensure products are completed according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. This position provides hands-on exposure to customer order management and jewelry manufacturing processes, with opportunities to develop strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer handling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major; Business, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields are preferred
• Minimum 1 - 2 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in merchandising, customer service, sales administration, production administration, order management, or related roles is preferred
• Experience in manufacturing and/or jewelry industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good administrative, documentation, and follow-up abilities
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines
• Proactive, responsible, responsive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali
• What You Will Do
• Handle and monitor customer orders from order receipt through completion
• Coordinate customer requirements with Production, PPIC, QC, and other related departments
• Follow up on production progress and ensure orders are completed within the agreed timeline
• Maintain and update order status, documentation, and related records accurately
• Handle customer requests, revisions, and order-related issues
• Ensure products are completed according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
• Communicate order progress and relevant updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare simple reports regarding order status and production progress
• Develop knowledge of customer order management and jewelry manufacturing processes
