Junior Merchandiser

Tanggung Jawab

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to manage the flow of merchandise and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in managing product orders and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock level
• Assist in creating and updating product catalogs, price lists, and other merchandising materials
• Manage and maintain product information and data in internal databases and systems
• Support the merchandising team in other tasks and projects as needed
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and assortment adjustments.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate merchandising activities.

Kualifikasi

• Min. a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Min. 2-3 years of progressive in Retail Merchandiser
• Excellent proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly Excel/google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in merchandising is highly preferred.
• Passion for the retail and lifestyle goods industry.
