Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Finding relevant search terms using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- On-Page Optimization: Writing and optimizing titles, descriptions, headers, and internal links.
- Content Assistance: Creating or editing SEO-friendly content based on search intent.
- Technical Monitoring: Running site audits for broken links, duplicate content, and ensuring mobile-friendliness.
- Reporting: Pulling data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track traffic, impressions, and click-through rates.
- Essential Skills
- Understanding search engine algorithms (how Google crawls and indexes sites).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web architecture.
- Strong analytical and content-writing skills
