• Willingness to comply with regulations regarding occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Work experience in a Kaizen Team (Experience in a shoe factory is preferred).
• Manage people to standards.
• Effective communication.
• Develop machine technology from manual to automated for production, cost, and labor efficiency.
• Create and control a TPM system for machines.
• Create and update machine documentation.
• Teach and control SOPs.
• Comply with SOPs/K3L regulations.
• Communicate with vendors for machine information and performance.
• Gemba activities.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering).
• Relevant work experience. • Good communication skills in English.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Diligent, honest, responsible, and able to work both in a team and individually.
• Good awareness, knowledge, and application of ESH.
