General Responsibilities
- Represent Alas Harum Bali in a professional, polite, and friendly manner when serving customers.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and guests in accordance with company standards.
- Provide pleasant service tailored to the needs of the customers.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
- Welcome the guest.
- Prepare the bill accurately and present it to the guest.
- Ensure the bill paper is of good quality and always presented with a bill cover.
- Handle payments by cash or card.
- Check cash using a money detector.
- Close the bill and provide a copy to the guest.
- Farewell the guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the cashier area.
- Conduct an inventory of supplies, including print roll paper and other items, at opening time.
- Conduct inventory of all shop products twice daily, during opening and closing hours.
