Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow business across major Modern Trade retail accounts in Indonesia, including Watsons, Guardian, Century, Super Indo, Hypermart, Ranch Market, Farmers Market, Indomaret, Alfamart, and other national retail chains.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, Merchandisers, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive new product listings, SKU expansion, and distribution growth across assigned key accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including listing fees, margins, rebates, promotional support, trading terms, and payment terms.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, promotional programs, and business growth strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and in-store execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, product availability, and payment collection.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or FMCG Sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Personal Care, Oral Care, Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's Modern Trade landscape and key retail chains.
• Proven experience managing key accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, Century, Indomaret, Alfamart, supermarkets, or convenience stores.
• Hands-on experience negotiating listing fees, rebates, promotional support, commercial agreements, and trading terms.
• Proven success in launching new brands or new product listings into Modern Trade channels.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, communication, and business development skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Able to join as soon as possible is highly preferred.
