Manage assigned key accounts — Yogya Group (Yogya Supermart, Yomart) and Lotte (LotteMart, Lotte Shopping/Grosir) — to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Lead annual Trading Terms (TT) negotiations, including rebates, and front margin structures, while ensuring healthy customer profitability for both parties.
Manage and optimize Promo Fund / trade investment budget with clear ROI tracking, ensuring every promotional spend delivers incremental sales and profitability.
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with customer and company objectives.
Apply category management principles to drive assortment, planogram, and shelf strategy — winning share of shelf and securing prime in-store visibility (space, secondary display, COC).
Drive promotional planning and pricing execution in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, forecast demand accurately, and identify growth opportunities based on historical data and forward trend analysis.
Minimum 4 years in Key Account Management in Modern Trade, preferably FMCG; experience handling local/regional chains (e.g., Yogya Group, Lotte) is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with sell-out data, historical trends, and demand forecasting (advanced Excel; Nielsen/retailer data is a plus).
