- Minimum education SMA/SMK hospitality/culinary (positions 1–3)
- Familiar with ESB system software or similar (positions 1–2)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (positions 1–3)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry/bakery, with good knowledge of pastry production and skills (position 1)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B restaurant, with good knowledge and skills in SOS (position 2)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Nusantara cuisine restaurant is a plus (position 3)
