Deskripsi pekerjaan Kitchen Staff Olli Baked Goods
Main Responsibilities
- Prep, assemble and cook sandwiches, soups, and salads
- Prepare savory elements for bakers
- Knowledge of food safety, storage, and handling
- Maintain quality standards in the kitchen
- Clean kitchen appliances and kitchen area
- Work quickly and efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen, no criminal record
- Able to work early morning, nights, and/or holidays
- Must be able to lift 20kg safely and effectively
- Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Good understanding and conversational in English
- 1 year of experience in F&B establishment
Preferred
- Previous work experience in F&B establishment
- Knowledge of food safety, food storage, and food allergens
Key Performance Indicators
- Attendance and tardiness
- Reviews based on speed of service, food quality, and food preparation/illnesses
- Average time to complete orders
- Food cost and food waste percentage/totals
