Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer goods industry mainly in scientific field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of base formulation.
• Familiar lab equipment and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
