- Land Transport Assistant Manager
- to join our team in
- Balaraja, Banten.
In this role, you will oversee land transportation operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective deliveries while collaborating with internal teams and transport partners to maintain excellent service and optimize operational performance.
Responsibilites
- Manage end-to-end land transportation operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries.
- Develop and manage trucking vendor partnerships to support operational excellence and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors based on business needs.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and transportation costs and ensure its compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Analyze transportation performance and recommend operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
- Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- , or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in land transportation, trucking, or logistics.
- Preferably from
- FMCG, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery
- and any related industries.
- Proven experience in
- vendor sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and performance management
- Strong network with
- trucking vendors
- Strong vendor relationship management and coordination skills.
- Fast-paced, agile, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be based in
- Balaraja, Banten
- and mobile to designated area.
