Lead QA

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the QA team and drive the overall quality assurance strategy across products and projects.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve QA standards, testing processes, and best practices.
• Review and approve test plans, test cases, and testing deliverables to ensure sufficient test coverage and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define testing scope, release readiness, and quality objectives.
• Mentor QA Tester through technical guidance, code/test reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing for complex business systems.
• Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices, including Gherkin and Cucumber.
• Drive automation initiatives by defining automation standards and reviewing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Monitor QA metrics, manage testing activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software QA, including experience leading QA initiatives or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience designing QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards.

Proficient in reviewing test plans, test cases, and testing documentation for complex systems.Solid understanding of TDD, BDD, Gherkin, and Cucumber.

• Experience with API testing, REST APIs, and automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
