• Define and monitor KPIs: SLA, accuracy, inventory, cost per order, productivity
• Drive
• continuous improvement projects with measurable impact
• Translate operational needs into
• system/WMS enhancements
• Standardize best practices across operations
• Support scaling (new warehouse onboarding, capacity expansion)

Kualifikasi

• Job Requirements
• 5+ years in warehouse / fulfillment / 3PL operations
• Strong end-to-end operational and process optimization experience
• Proven track record improving efficiency, accuracy, or cost
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WMS and system-driven operations
• Able to influence stakeholders and drive execution
