- Identify employee development needs based on business and organizational requirements.
- Analyze competency gaps (hard & soft competencies) and recommend appropriate learning and development programs.
- Design and implement employee development initiatives, including training, knowledge management, and talent management programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end in-house training implementation, including budget, schedule, learning materials, facilities, and instructors.
- Deliver internal training sessions when required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, including training administration and reporting.
- Min. Bachelor's Degree: Any Major
- Have experience in People Development/Training will be a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
